2500 m (L) x 120 mm (W) x 1800 mm (H) Single hopper double punch wadding machine which offers high speed production. The caps are fed into the machine by hopper and delivered to dial plate. Where the wad get punched and passes through the conveyer belt for inspection and counting. The wads are fed by an electrical vibrator. To count the caps an electronic proxy is fitted to the conveyor. The no. of caps to be counted can be set by the counter. When the set quantity is reached the inspection conveyor automatically stops. To start the conveyor again reset button has to be pressed.
